Well, it's a beautiful last day of July today.  We tried to get out before noon when the heat of the day hits.  It's a nice way to get some exercise, to say hello to the neighbors (and their dogs) and to see what's what in the local real estate world.

We saw a house being built on this corner.  Progress!
