Four offers, sold in four days, sales price 10% higher than asking ... How did that happen?
Unit 303 was completely renovated, 2015 bathroom, all new kitchen granite counters, new stainless appliances, new kitchen floor, refinished hardwood floors in the remainder of the apartment, all new thermopane windows, walls and ceiling freshly painted ... Did I mention low cooperative fees? How long did it take to "prepare" for the sale and was the preparation worth it?
The answer is "absolutely."
