When you have a spacious town home, backing to a vacant space and a little ways up from a small creek, and you are just a few blocks outside the beltway, it's prescription for a quick sale. Couple that with a fresh coat of paint and some tender loving care. But pricing it right is another thing. With the present interest rates at such low levels, the monthly payment is at an extremely low level, relative to other times in our real estate market.
