An independent eye and a sharp pencil

There's no guarantee that an independent eye and a sharp pencil can solve any problem...but it sometimes helps to have some help.  Sometimes just talking the situation over can help, weighing alternatives and assessing the impact if each option. We real estate agents are paid for transactions so moments of consultation are unpaid for us but as the old timers would say, "measure twice, cut once!"  And "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
